After promoting a contact to an opportunity another satisfying part of your day to day tasks are to record your achievements. Whether it is a Sale or a Purchase you need to keep track of your past transactions.
1. From the top menu bar go to 'My Book'
2. Click on 'Opportunities'
1. Scroll down to the Opportunity you want to record the purchase for
2. Enter the deal details and 'Save'
3. Update the Opportunity 'Status'
4. Click on the 'Close' button and select if it's a 'Won' or 'Lost' Opportunity, then fill out details accordingly
Recording a Sale
1. Scroll down to the Opportunity you want to record the Sale for
2. Edit the 'Status' and click on the 'Close' button and select if it's a 'Won' or 'Lost' Opportunity, then fill out details accordingly
3. In case it's a 'Won', link the correct Listing from the 'My Listing' drop down menu and click 'Done'
4. If it's a 'Lost' fill out details and click on 'Close Lead'
