Stay in touch. Incubate the lead by scheduling follow-up activities. My Book helps you control your schedule so you never forget a meeting or and always have access to details of your last conversation with a client. If you have permission, add them to a drip campaign.
Just remember, if you haven't selected express or implied consent for a contact, My Book will not send the emails due to Canadian Anti-Spam Law (CASL) regulations. This is for your protection.
There are different ways you can add Leads to Drip Campaigns
1. From the 'My Leads' tab, select the Lead you want to add to your Drip Campaign
2. Click on the pencil icon in the 'Email Drip Campaign' section
3. Add the Lead to the Campaign(s) of your choice by clicking 'Add' in the 'Assign' column
If you want to display more options about the emails inside of a Campaign, click Go in the View column. You will then have options to:
- send the a specific email from the Campaign to its recipient(s)
- 'Preview' a specific email from the Campaign
- send yourself a Test message with an email from the Campaign
4. You can now see which Campaigns your Lead is a part of
1. Under the 'My Leads' tab scroll down to the bottom right of the page and click on 'Manage Drip Campaign'
2. Add your Leads to the Campaign by clicking 'Go' in the 'Assign' Column
3. On the Drip Campaign Recipient List, click 'Add Contacts'
The 'Drip Campaign Recipient List' displays the following informaiton:
- Drip Campaign name
- Commencement Date
- Total Recipients
- Campaign statistics summary
- Recipient list with CASL consent status, name, start date, number of email received, open rate and an option to remove the Contact from that Campaign
4. Use the 'Record Type' drop down menu and the 'Name' field to search for groups or contacts to add
5. Select the Contacts you want to add from the 'Available' column and click the right arrow (>) to add them. Click 'Save when you're done.
1. Go to 'Campaign' in the top menu bar
2. 'Manage Drip'
3. 'Manage Campaign'
4. Add any type of Contacts (Leads, Contact, Business Contact) to the Campaign by clicking 'Go' in the 'Assign' Column
5. On the Drip Campaign Recipient List, click 'Add Contacts'
