When we need to troubleshoot any errors, or completely refresh a website to see the latest content, it may help to delete your browser your cache. Over time, your browser saves content and data in temporary storage to help load it faster when you return to that website. Sometimes new information may not display right away, or cause conflicts with the older information. If you find anything amiss on your website, it may be helpful to refresh or delete your cache to force the new content to appear.
Your internet browser is the software program you use to view web pages on your device. Most of the time, your device may already be preloaded with a default browser (Windows Edge for Windows 10, Safari for Mac, Chrome for your Android device), but you can also download other third party browsers if you prefer.
Look for the settings menu on the upper right hand corner of the browser window. It usually appears as ellipses ( . . . )
Select "History". Alternatively you can select CTRL-H
Select "Clear History"
Choose what you'd like to clear. Please keep in mind that this may delete saved information including passwords, address bar predictions and shopping cart content. When you are ready, click "Clear".

You can select Basic options or go to Advanced options. You can also select the time range. Please keep in mind that this may delete saved information including passwords, address bar predictions and shopping cart content. When you are ready, click "Clear".
