Sending Your eNewsletter

E-Newsletter templates are available in your Jumptools campaigns. After you create your eNewsletter, you can set delivery dates and add contacts.

1. Go to your eNewsletter section. Click "Manage eNewsletter"

2. Open your eNewsletter template from the summary page

Select "eNewsletter from Selected Template"

Click Preview to see your work in progress in a new window.

3. Review and personalize your content

Select "Delivery"

4. Setting up delivery options

Select your delivery date from Calendar. This will be the date and time that the eNewsletter will be sent out to your assigned contacts.

5. Adding Contacts to your eNewsletter

From your Delivery options, click "Add contacts"

Select from any record type. You can add Groups, contacts, leads and business contacts

Add or remove contacts or groups from the "Available" column to the "Selected" column.   Click "Save" once completed.

The double arrows (>>) indicate you are moving all items in each column to the other.

6. Review contacts added to this delivery

In the "CASL" column, it will indicate if there is no CASL consent from that contact.  Learn more about CASL.

Return to editing or Save your work at the bottom of this screen to review delivery settings.  

Want to see how it looks in an email? Click "Test" to send an eNewsletter to yourself.  This will appear in your inbox within a few minutes.

7. Check your eNewsletter statistics

You can review your past sent eNewsletter statistics.  Click this row to open more details.

Total sent - the number of eNewsletter emails sent

Open Count - how many people opened your email

Unopen count - how many emails have not been opened

Bounce count - how many emails did not reach an email address

Unsubscribed - how many recipients selected "unsubscribe"

CASL Exceptions - contacts in your delivery list who have not consented to receive an email from you as per CASL

Views - how many time a client has opened and viewed your email content

Clicks - how many times a client has clicked a link in your email
