1. When is the deadline for my next newsletter?

The cut-off date for your scheduled issue is the last week of the previous month. You will receive a reminder email from [email protected] one week prior to the cut-off date for each issue.

2. When is my issue paid for?

The payment date for your scheduled issue is typically the second business day of the month. Receipts are emailed to the primary account holder.

3. How can I update my payment information?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payment methods. You can log into your account to update or change your payment information, or please call our office to speak to a representative. For your protection, NEVER email, fax, or text your credit card information.

4. How can I see a preview of my newsletter?

Preview your upcoming Newsletter issue in your Direct Mail manager or contact your newsletter representative, at  [email protected] to request a proof. 

5. When am I scheduled for?

Your schedule is based on the months selected on the order form and remains the same ongoing until otherwise directed.  Log into your account to review your schedule.

Please note that any changes you make to your schedule will apply to your next distribution.

6. What other content options are available?

You can choose to have a recipe on the back page or an article. You can also choose to have statistics of your real estate board of choice on the lower front page or an article.

7. What can I change?

Within the template, you can personalize the header, the sidebar message, and the back page message or, display three recent listings on the back sidebar.

8. How can I change my newsletter?

Please contact your newsletter representative, or, email [email protected].

9. How do I know when my newsletters are mailed?

A complimentary copy is mailed with your clients’ mail directly to you. By default, complimentary copies are sent to your office. Should you wish to change your shipping address, please contact your newsletter representative, or, email [email protected].

10. When are the newsletters received?

Monthly issues are typically received within the third and fourth weeks of the month.

11. How do my newsletters get sent out?

We send your newsletters on your behalf as personalized ad mail through Canada Post. 

12. How can I make a change to my mailing list?
